1. Download and unzip the file from here.
2. Download the latest firmware from the official website and rename it to 'recovery.bin'. Note: You must put it in the same file of Tftpd tools.
3. Power off your Router. Unplug the power adapter or press the POWER button.
4. Connect your computer the Router's LAN port with an Ethernet cable.
Note: Only one model is an exception: the TR1200. The WAN port must be connected during firmware recovery. All other models use the LAN port.
5. Configure your computer's IP address to be '192.168.1.88' manually.
6. Run 'tftp32.exe'.
7. Run 'netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state off' in the command line to disable Windows firewall, otherwise tftp will be blocked. Or you can disable the firewall on the Control Panel of your computer. As shown below.
8. Press the 'Reset' button/hole and hold it. Before the Router is powered on and before tftp start to download the firmware, don't release the 'Reset' button/hole.
9. Power on the Router.
10. When the Lights are all flashing fast, or when tftp start to download the firmware, you can release the 'Reset' button/hole.
11. When the light flashes slowly, the upgrade is complete.
12. Please recover your computer's IP address to be dynamic IP.
13. Done.

Dear Cudy Support Team,
I am writing to request assistance with my Cudy M1800 (AX1800 Whole Home Wi-Fi System) router.
After an unsuccessful firmware update, the router has encountered a critical error. The web interface displays the error message “Invalid board info!” (Неверная информация о доске) and the login/password fields are completely locked out.
Upon further inspection, it appears that the factory/ART partition has been corrupted, and the router’s MAC address has been wiped and reset to 00:00:00:00:00:00. Because of this, the official firmware (currently showing version 2.1.3 in the footer) blocks access. A standard hardware reset via the Reset button does not resolve the issue.
Here are my device details:
• Model: M1800
• Hardware Version: V2.0 (EU2.0)
• S/N: M1800243110049
• Original MAC Address: 80:AF:CA:5C:7C:50
I have attached a photo of the label on the bottom of my router for your verification.
Could you please provide a special service dump, a personalized recovery firmware file, or the appropriate tools/instructions to restore the correct MAC address and board ID to my device via TFTP?

TR3600（BE3600）恢复原厂固件失败。TFTP上传完成后没有刷入动作。红灯继续闪烁，等一会手动重启还是现在的openwrt固件

“TR3000 256MB V1.0 — bricked after flashing intermediate firmware
Hello Cudy Support,
I have a Cudy TR3000 256MB Flash V1.0 router.
Serial number: s0001825262604247
What happened:
I updated the router to the official firmware m_upgrade_TR3000_256MB_Flash-R103-2.5.21-20260708.
After that, I downloaded the intermediate firmware DTS_and_intermediate_firmware_b766f42b-5e1c-4ad5-85b2-53990a85a956 from the TR3000-256MB 1.0 download page.
I flashed this intermediate firmware through the web interface.
After the flash, the router does not boot. It is bricked.
What I need:
The correct TFTP recovery file (recovery.bin) for my specific device.
Step-by-step TFTP recovery instructions for TR3000 256MB V1.0.
Confirmation of which flash chip is installed in my unit (F50L1G41LB or F50L1G41LC).
The correct intermediate firmware for my device revision to install OpenWrt, if my unit has the new flash chip.
Please help me recover the router.
