Introduction
This article lists both the latest and historical updates to the Cudy Software Platform (CSP), starting from version 2.3 to 2.5. It provides an overview of newly introduced features and the Cudy models they support.

Subject: Comprehensive Bug Report & Request for Beta Firmware – Cudy M3000 (v2.5.28)
Dear Cudy Support Team,
I am writing to consolidate all the issues I am experiencing on my Cudy Mesh Network after updating the main router to firmware version v2.5.28.
Please note that I have already performed a factory reset on the main M3000 router as well as all sub-nodes and reconfigured the entire network from scratch, but none of the issues were resolved.
1. Network Topology Setup
All units are connected in a Daisy-Chain Wired Mesh setup (Ethernet Backhaul) as follows:
Main Mesh Router: Cudy M3000 (v2.5.28)
2nd Node: Cudy M1200
3rd Node: Cudy M1500 (v2.3.12Beta)
4th Node: Cudy M1300
2. Detailed Description of Issues
Issue 1: Connected Client Count Shows “0” in Topology
In the main M3000 mesh topology view, the 3rd node (M1500) and 4th node (M1300) constantly show 0 connected clients, even though multiple active wireless and wired devices are connected to them.
Issue 2: Real-Time Traffic Data Displays “0.0 Kbps”
Upload and download traffic speeds for devices connected to the sub-nodes (M1500 and M1300) are not displaying anywhere.
On the main M3000 dashboard client list, traffic speed for these clients shows 0.0 Kbps.
Even when logging directly into the dedicated individual Web UI/dashboards of the M1500 and M1300 nodes, all connected devices still show 0.0 Kbps.
Issue 3: Ad Shield (AdGuard DNS) Counter Not Updating
Under the Ad Shield settings (AdGuard DNS), the “24h Blocked Request” counter never updates and remains stuck at 0/0, despite AdGuard DNS being enabled and actively processing requests.
3. Key Context
All of these features (Topology Client Count, Real-Time Traffic Speed, and Ad Shield Counter) were working perfectly on firmware version v2.5.10.
These bugs were introduced immediately after upgrading to v2.5.28.
Since these issues significantly affect my daily network management, please forward this specific multi-model daisy-chain setup details to your R&D team.
I kindly request an update or a patched test/beta firmware to resolve these bugs.

“I have now tested the Cloudflare DDNS configuration with the DNS record set to DNS Only (proxied=false), so Cloudflare proxying is not involved.
The router still fails to update the record.
The Cudy Router log shows:
myddns: NO valid IP found
followed by:
myddns: CloudFlare reported an error:
and:
myddns: IP update not accepted by DDNS Provider
This suggests that the DDNS client may be failing to detect/obtain the current public IP before attempting the Cloudflare update.
Could you please clarify how the WR11000 firmware 2.2.25-20251112-095400 determines the current IP for the Cloudflare DDNS provider, and whether there is a known issue with the IP detection mechanism?
I have also verified that the Cloudflare API Token itself is valid and can successfully read and modify the DNS record directly through the Cloudflare API."

“Dear support, here is my report for a set of three M11000:
Behavior:
Wi-Fi performance has been slow since firmware 2.2.24 despite the use of Ethernet backhaul.
The sync LED fluctuates between orange and red on both satellites. The Ethernet network itself is running perfectly at 2.5 Gbps across the whole network, satellites included.
Hypothesis:
The backhaul is being done wirelessly despite the use of Ethernet backhaul.
Tests:
Reset all units to factory settings → no success Flashed firmware 2.2.18 back onto all devices → problem solved, sync LED turns white and Wi-Fi works at the expected speeds Upgraded again to firmware 2.2.24 on all devices → the problem happens again, as described above.
