Guide for Verizon/T-Mobile/Visible Subscribers

Verizon & Visble:

  1. Connect to your 4G/5G router via Wi-Fi / Ethernet cable
  2. Log in your 4G/5G router in browser with url http://cudy.net or 192.168.10.1
  3. Make sure your router has the latest firmware. (Go to the Advanced Settings > System > Firwmare to check. Go to download center or use Cudy app for upgrade)
  4. Go to Advanced Settings > lPv6 to enable it
  5. Go to Advanced Settings > TTL , set it as Custom, set TTL to 64 (Visible subscriber only: set HL to 65)
  6. Go to General Settings > Cellular
    Set APN profile as Manual and then set APN as wvzinternet (Verizon subscriber)/ VSBLINTERNET (Visible subscriber), and leave username and password as blank, and set Authentication as PAP+CHAP
  7. Save all the settings and then check. Done!

T-Mobile & T-Mobile B2B Static IP:

  1. Follow step 1-3 in Verizon & Visible section
  2. Go to General Settings > Cellular
  3. Set Network mode as 4G only
  4. Set APN profile as Manual,
    Set APNas fast.t-mobile.com (Note:for static IP plan, set APN as b2b.static), and leave username and password as blank,
    Set Authentication as PAP+CHAP
  5. Save all the settings and then check
  6. Finished
  7. If the internet still not work after all, then please wait 5 minutes and then go to Diagnostic Tools > System log to download the log and send it to cudy@support.com
