If you want to block devices to access certain websites through the router, you can set up a Domain Filter to achieve it.
Step 1: Open a web browser and go to http://cudy.net or http://192.168.10.1.
For details, please refer to How to log into the web interface of Cudy Router?
Step 2: Click Advanced Settings -> Domain Filter in the Security section.
Step 3: Check the settings on the Domain Filter page.
• To block the specific IP address(es)
1. Select 'Allow all except list'.
2. Type in the domain name(s) you want to block.
Example: All devices are not able to visit YouTube.
3. Save & Apply the operation.
• To allow the specific device(s)
1. Select 'Allow list only'.
2. Type in the domain name(s) you are allowed to access.
Example: Only allowed to visit YouTube, the other website will not be able to load.
3. Save & Apply the operation.
Note:
1. If you also want to limit other websites, please click 'Add' to add new entries. One entry can only type in one website.
2. When you don't want to limit the internet, choose 'Disable' from the drop-down list and save the settings, not only 'Delete' the item.

1. Please make sure the SPI Firewall is not disabled by you. You can find it in the “Firewall” function page.
2. If SPI Firewall is enabled, please describe how do you set this function and rules. What is the problem like.

As I have tried the domain filter, adding required sites and selected ‘allow all except listed’ does no effect. While have also done through parent controls, again to no effect to stopping access to the sites.
I don’t have ipv6 on and DNS are set to defaults on devices.
