Cudy 應用程式支援計劃

I have just purchased a Cudy RE1200 extender and I have tried to connect it to my Cudy WR1300 router without success. The RE1200 exender does not appear in my computer or my phone, and I have rebooted several times and even reset the device, but atill it does not appear. I tried the option of using the web address supplied ith the router but when I enter the default password I get an error message. Please assist me with this issue.
