I need some more information to fix this issue.
1. What is the model and firmware version of your router? You can check the model and firmware version on the web management page of the router.
2. Can you login to the web page of your router on the same phone?
3. How do you connect your router to the previous device (such as Modem or ONT)? Via WAN or LAN port? If LAN, please change to WAN port and try again
4. If the problem remains, please record a screen video on your phone to show me the problem.

What is the current firmware version of your WR1200? In addition, what is the country code of your router? You can check it on the label or the system status—system page.
