有時您可能無法存取路由器的內建管理頁面 cudy.net。此故障可能會導致出現錯誤頁面,甚至根本沒有回應,即白屏。
1. 檢查路由器是否已上電並正常啟動。
您可以使用包裝中隨附的電源轉接器。如果您沒有使用此電源轉接器,請使用與路由器標籤上標註電壓相同的電源轉接器。電流必須至少為標籤上標註的額定電流。

上電後,等待約1分鐘設備啟動。此時,您可以使用手機或其他終端機嘗試搜尋路由器標籤上標示的SSID。
3.檢查終端的 TCP/IP 設定。 Windows 範例:
如果您已使用自訂 IP 位址和 DNS 設定配置了 PC 的無線網路介面卡。您應該切換回自動取得它們。然後,輸入ncpa.cpl 並選擇"確定"。 1">-在"網路"標籤下,雙擊"Internet 協定版本 4 (TCP/IPv4) 屬性"。

- 選擇自動取得 IP 位址和自動取得 DNS 伺服器位址旁的單選按鈕。

4.驗證網路瀏覽器輸入的路由器管理位址是否正確。 http://cudy.net/ 或 http ://192.168.10.1 登入Cudy 路由器的Web 介面進行初始設定。請仔細輸入並檢查。
5. 嘗試更換接取終端機或瀏覽器。
- 如果您在手機上無法開啟路由器登入頁面,請嘗試其他終端,例如筆記型電腦、Pad等。
- 您也可以在終端機上嘗試其他網頁瀏覽器。
6. 嘗試使用Cudy APP。

7.請檢查並關閉終端機上的WEB代理程式和VPN。然後重試。
8.請嘗試長按重設按鈕約3秒將路由器重設為出廠預設值。當 LED 閃爍時,您可以放開重置按鈕。然後路由器重啟後重試。

“Have WR6500H router. For past 3 weeks it stops responding, after 2-3 minutes it is back online. Since then the issue increased from twice a day to every 2 hours.
I have sent email to your support with logs, but no response.
Need someone ASAP to look at this issue as I am about to replace the router and ask for refund.”

I have the same issue as the other clients, dealing with password. first when through the comments to attempt solving myself still could not get it, then sent an email that i got from the comments. Their response was the same as " reset your router" “type in default password” which is not working either . By now they should have a better way of solving the password issue that most clients are complaining about and have it typed on how we can solve it on our own if possible, I then sent back an email stating no progress am still waiting for the feedback.

Вы можете попробовать сбросить настройки роутера до заводских настроек, нажав и удерживая кнопку сброса в течение примерно 3 секунд. Вы можете отпустить кнопку сброса, когда светодиод начнет мигать. Затем перенастройте его.
