Sorry, the router doesn’t support this feature now. We have plan to add this feature in the future. Please wait patiently.
In addition, would you please tell me the reason why do you want to change the backhaul?

“Hi guys. My AX3000 (model M3000) was installed by Cybersmart today. All working and great performance. I reset the router in hopes to rename it but once it came back online – it no longer connects to internet, but does allow devices to connect to it.

ISP is not available at the moment. Have noticed that the default password for logging into the M3000’s UI is not as described in the manual. And the printed SSID is not the same as the current name of the router.

Is this an ISP only problem, or is this something you can assist with?

Hi guys. My AX3000 (model M3000) was installed by Cybersmart today. All working and great performance. I reset the router in hopes to rename it but once it came back online – it no longer connects to internet, but does allow devices to connect to it.
