I have AC1200 Cudy Extenders (3 pack) The master Extender is working but the other two which are positioned away from the Master and the Fritz Box Router have stopped working.
I have reset them to factory settings many times and tried to re pair them with the master by pressing the button on the back of the extender for 1 second and then pressing the button on the back of the Master Cudy for 1 second. The lights are flashing on both but the light on the Master returns to solid white/blue after about 2 minutes while the light on the extender changes to Solid Red, I also purchased a new extender but the same thing happens when I try to pair, therefore I don’t think the original 2 extenders are damaged but why will they not pair with the master.
i can not follow how to do this online, is there someone who can help me through the steps required?? Thank you.

1. Please try to reset the Extender to factory default by long pressing the reset button for about 3 seconds. You can release the reset button when the LED flashes. Then reinstall the Extender and check if the problem remains?
2. You can try to update the latest firmware of your Extender and check again. You can download the firmware on the link.

Please try to enable the “MAC Repeater” function on the “Advanced Settings” page. Then check if the problem remains?
If yes, you can also try to set it to WISP mode.
“Hello, I have the AP1300 outdoors and I am using it as an extender. Although I set it up successfully and I can connect with very good speeds after a few hours all my devices are disconnected and cannot obtain IP. My router IP is 192.168.2.1. My provider tried to make some settings, even try a static ip with with range but again after a few hours all devices are disconnected. Is the repeater IP the same as my router’s? In the cudy app it notes that my IP is 192.168.10.254. My service provider says that this might be the problem. Please help me to solve this, when the devices works it really works great.
