เมื่อเร็วๆ นี้ เราได้รับคำติชมมากมายว่าลูกค้าจำนวนมากไม่สามารถเข้าถึงอินเทอร์เน็ตด้วยเราเตอร์ Cudy แม้ว่าซิมการ์ดจะใช้งานได้และการตั้งค่า APN นั้นถูกต้องก็ตาม

ขั้นตอนที่ 1: อัปเดตเราเตอร์เป็นเฟิร์มแวร์เวอร์ชันล่าสุด
หากเฟิร์มแวร์เป็นเวอร์ชันล่าสุดอยู่แล้ว คุณสามารถข้ามขั้นตอนนี้ได้ ถ้าไม่เช่นนั้น โปรดดาวน์โหลดและแตกไฟล์เฟิร์มแวร์อย่างเป็นทางการ
เปิดเว็บเบราว์เซอร์แล้วไปที่ http://cudy.net หรือ http://192.168.10.1 จากนั้นเข้าสู่ระบบ สำหรับรายละเอียด โปรดดูที่ จะเข้าสู่เว็บอินเตอร์เฟสของ Cudy Router ได้อย่างไร

จะอัพเกรดเฟิร์มแวร์ของเราเตอร์ Cudy ได้อย่างไร
ขั้นตอนที่ 2: หากต้องการดาวน์โหลดและอัปเกรดเฟิร์มแวร์โมดูล โปรดติดต่อ support@cudy.com เพื่อขอรับการอัปเกรด firmware ในเวลาเดียวกัน ให้ดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ Diagnosis Bin ในเครื่องมือวินิจฉัย->การวินิจฉัย->GO->ดาวน์โหลด และส่งไฟล์ไปที่ฝ่ายสนับสนุน
ขั้นตอนที่ 3: ป้อนที่อยู่ด้านล่างในแถบที่อยู่ อัปเกรดเฟิร์มแวร์ตามที่แสดงวิดีโอ

ขั้นตอนที่ 4: เมื่อการอัปเดตเสร็จสิ้น จะกลับสู่สถานะระบบ กลับไปที่หน้าซ่อนการอัพเกรดเฟิร์มแวร์และตรวจสอบว่าสำเร็จหรือไม่
หากปัญหายังคงอยู่ ให้ไปที่เครื่องมือวินิจฉัย->การวินิจฉัย->GO->ดาวน์โหลดและส่งไฟล์ bin ไปที่ support@cudy.com
