Recentemente, recebemos muitos comentários de que muitos de nossos clientes não conseguem acessar a Internet com seus roteadores Cudy, apesar de seus cartões SIM estarem funcionais e suas configurações de APN estarem corretas.
Aqui está um método que descobrimos que pode ajudar com o problema.
Etapa 1: atualize o roteador para a versão mais recente do firmware.
Se o firmware já for a versão mais recente, você pode pular esta etapa. Caso contrário, baixe e descompacte o firmware oficial.

Atualizar o firmware emConfigurações avançadas->Firmware.
Como atualizar o firmware do roteador Cudy?
Etapa 2: Para baixar e atualizar o firmware do módulo, entre em contatosupport@cudy.compara obter a atualizaçãoempresaware. Ao mesmo tempo, baixe o arquivo bin de diagnóstico emFerramentas de diagnóstico->Diagnóstico->IR->Downloade envie o arquivo para oapoiar.
Passo 3: Insira o endereço abaixo na barra de endereços. Atualize o firmware conforme mostrado no vídeo.

Etapa 4: Quando a atualização for concluída, o status do sistema será exibido novamente. Volte para a página de atualização de firmware e verifique se a atualização foi bem-sucedida.
Se o problema persistir, vá para Ferramentas de Diagnóstico->Diagnóstico->GO->Download e envie o arquivo bin para support@cudy.com.
