Introduction
This article lists both the latest and historical updates to the Cudy Software Platform (CSP), starting from version 2.3 to 2.5. It provides an overview of newly introduced features and the Cudy models they support.

We have performed several tests with the new Cudy WR11000 firmware version 2.5.10b-20260624-151245 received by email, but the issue remains.
When configuring DDNS to update a subdomain, the Cudy Router log shows:

We also tested updating the DNS record directly through the Cloudflare API using the same API Token configured in the router. The API update was successful, confirming that the API Token, zone permissions, and Cloudflare DNS record are working correctly.
We replied with the requested information in our previous communication, but we have not received any feedback yet.
Please recheck this issue, particularly the Cloudflare DDNS implementation in the Cudy firmware.

But in firmware 2.5.28, 2.5.30 smart connect doesn’t work smoothly. Devices often disconnect from wifi and then reconnect. Dont know what changes you did to the firmware 2.5.16b so that it works smoothly 😑
Also dont know why you are not doing this to the newest firmware.
If all the firmwares are same,please ask your Engineers to identify why smart connect works perfect on 2.5.16b, not on other versions😐
Also, check with different variation of devices like samsung, iphone,xiaomi,honor,realme,tecno etc."

We have performed several new tests with the new Cudy WR11000 firmware version 2.5.10b-20260624-151245 received by email, but the issue remains.

The firmware version WR3000S 2.5.30 does not include this mechanism. But if your restart the router, the 5GHz will startup after 2.4GHz. So is it possile the problem occurs when you restart the router?
You can also try to reset the router to factory default by long pressing the reset button for about 3 seconds. You can release the reset button when the LED flashes. Then reinstall the router and check if the problem remains?

Recently you launched a new firmware for cudy wr3000s v1. Firmware- 2.5.28.
But this firmware has issue on smart connect as the previous globally released firmware.
When smart connect is turned on and router push devices to 2.4ghz from 5 ghz, devices disconnect from wifi amd then reconnect.
Can you make a beta firmware where router will not push devices, because modern devices automatically shift themself to the strongest signal.
If router pushes and devices also decides, there collision happens and devices disconnect.
Make a beta firmware where the router will simply make the 2.4 ghz and 5ghz wifi name and password same, nothing else.
Router will not force or push device to shift from 2.4ghz to 5ghz and 5ghz to 2.4ghz.
Then this disconnection issue will not happen. When the beta firmware is ready please send me the firmware through gmail.
Please i badly need to use samrat connect without any disconnection issue."
