Shenzhen, Chiny — Cudy udostępniła aplikację Cudy w App Store i planuje udostępnić ją w Google Play. Obsługiwane modele obejmują większość routerów Wi-Fi Cudy, systemów Mesh i routerów 4G/5G. Aplikacja Cudy oferuje łatwy sposób kontrolowania sieci na wyciągnięcie ręki. Gdy włączone jest zdalne zarządzanie, aplikacja Cudy umożliwia użytkownikom zdalne zarządzanie siecią. WR1300 2.0 i 3.0 to pierwsze dwa modele obsługujące App Control.

I’m using the Cudy WR1200 router. I can not change my password or manage my router. I’ve upgraded, but it’s slow and loses connection now and again.

I need some more information to fix this issue.
1. What is the model and firmware version of your router? You can check them on the web page of the router.
2. How do you connect the router to the previous device? via LAN or WAN port?
3. Can you login the web page on the same phone when can’t use the Cudy APP？

I am using a Cudy WR1200 router. I recently updated the firmware to version 2.4.21, but since then, my 5GHz Wi-Fi speed has become slower than before.

I would like to revert to the previous firmware version (2.3.13). Could you please provide me with the official download link for that version?

Here are my router details:

Model: Cudy WR1200

Current firmware: 2.4.21

Previous firmware: 2.3.13 (needed)
