Sorry to tell you that there is no OpenWrt firmware for LT500 now. The OpenWrt firmware is not developed by Cudy. We need the OpenWrt forum official support the router at first, then we can release a middle firmware for you, then you can use and upgrade to the other OpenWrt firmware. Thanks!
