ステップ2:へ移動一般設定->無線ページ。
スマートコネクト:
Smart Connect を有効にすると, ルーターの 2.4GHz ネットワークと 5GHz ネットワークは同じ SSID (ネットワーク名) とパスワードを共有します。
ワイヤレス 2.4G または 5G:
2.4GHzまたは5GHzのワイヤレスネットワークが有効になっている必要があります。ワイヤレス機能を使用しない場合は, チェックボックスをオフにしてください。ワイヤレス機能が無効になっていると, すべてのワイヤレス設定が機能しません。
ワイヤレスSSIDとパスワード:
変更する新しい Wi-Fi 名と Wi-Fi パスワードを入力します。
注意: ワイヤレス デバイスを使用してワイヤレス設定を変更すると, 接続が切断されます。
暗号化:
暗号化なし, WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK, WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK (推奨), WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE, WPA3-SAE。
注: 必要がない限り, デフォルト設定を変更することはお勧めしません。
モード：
2.4GHz: 802.11b, 802.11b+g, 802.11b+g+n, 802.11b+g+n+ax
5GHz: 802.11a, 802.11a+n, 802.11a+n+ac, 802.11a+n+ac+ax
注：一部のクライアントがWi-Fi 6ルーターの5GHz帯に接続できない場合は, クライアントのワイヤレスネットワークカードドライバーを最新バージョンに更新してください。それでも問題が解決しない場合は, ルーターのワイヤレスモードを5GHz帯（802.11a+n+ac）に設定してください。
チャネル：
デフォルトでは「自動」です。ドロップダウンリストから使用したいチャンネルを選択してください。このフィールドで, 使用する動作周波数が決まります。干渉の問題がない限り, 無線チャンネルを変更する必要はありません。
チャネル幅:
デフォルトでは「自動」です。必要に応じて, ドロップダウンリストからチャネル幅を選択してください。
2.4GHz: 20MHzまたは40MHz
5GHz: 20MHz, 40MHz, または80MHz
送信電力:
最大, 中間, 最小
デフォルトでは「最大」になっており, 他の値に変更すると, Wi-Fi 信号が低下します。
注: 必要がない限り, デフォルト設定を変更することはお勧めしません。
隠しネットワーク:
非表示SSIDを有効にすると, SSIDはブロードキャストされなくなります。ローカルワイヤレスネットワークを検索しても, ワイヤレスデバイスのWi-FiリストにSSIDが表示されないため, 手動でネットワークに接続する必要があります。

1. When you connect your computer to the LAN port, what is the IP address of your computer? Do you set the computer to get the IP address from DHCP? Here is an instruction attached, please check.
2. Please change both of the WiFi name and password. Some devices need to delete the WiFi profile if just only change the WiFi password.

“mi router desconecta la red 2.4 por si sola, ya intente reiniciar y sigue sin funcionar, resetee el equipo y ocurrio el mismo evento, se desconecta a los minutos de encenderse y cuando intento buscarla aparece como si no existiera”

Please try to reset the router to factory default by long pressing the reset button for about 3 seconds. You can release the reset button when the LED flashes. Then you can reinstall the router again.
