Please just keep the channel on the main mesh router to “Auto”. The two routers will choose the working channel automatically. May be different, May be different.
For the feature to set the channel is still under developing. We have plan to add it on newer firmware. Please wait patiently.

My alternate solution would be to just configure them as two standalone units. Would the two Cudy routers then allow seamless roaming between them or is this lost due to not being configured centrally."
