Après avoir cliqué sur la liste des modèles, vous pouvez filtrer les variantes « Cudy App » et « Cudy App Local » dans l'option de filtre « Avancé ». Les modèles avec « Cudy App » offrent des méthodes de gestion locale et à distance. Les modèles avec « Cudy App Local » prennent en charge la méthode de gestion locale, ce qui signifie que l'utilisateur peut contrôler l'appareil tout en y étant connecté.

Hello Cudy Support Team,
I’m using the Cudy WR1200 router. After updating to the firmware version 2.4.21, I noticed that the 5GHz WiFi signal and speed have become much weaker than before. The 2.4GHz network is working fine, but the 5GHz range and performance have dropped significantly.
Please provide me with the previous firmware version 2.3.13 so that I can downgrade and restore the good 5GHz performance.

I need some more information to fix this issue.
1. What is the model and firmware version of your router? You can check them on the web page of the router.
2. How do you connect the router to the previous device? via LAN or WAN port?
3. Can you login the web page on the same phone when can’t use the Cudy APP？

I am using a Cudy WR1200 router. I recently updated the firmware to version 2.4.21, but since then, my 5GHz Wi-Fi speed has become slower than before.
I would like to revert to the previous firmware version (2.3.13). Could you please provide me with the official download link for that version?
Here are my router details:
Model: Cudy WR1200
Current firmware: 2.4.21
Previous firmware: 2.3.13 (needed)
