Models with "Cudy App" offer both local and remote management methods. Models with "Cudy App Local" support local management method, which mean user can control the device while connected to it.

يرجى محاولة إعادة ضبط جهاز التوجيه (الراوتر) إلى إعدادات المصنع الافتراضية عن طريق الضغط المطول على زر إعادة الضبط (Reset) لمدة 3 ثوانٍ تقريباً. يمكنك تحرير الزر بمجرد أن يبدأ مؤشر LED في الوميض. بعد ذلك، أعد إعداد الجهاز وتحقق مما إذا كانت المشكلة لا تزال قائمة.
إذا استمرت المشكلة، يرجى التحقق مما إذا كانت مؤشرات LED تضيء عند تشغيل الجهاز. إذا لم تضيء، فهذا يعني وجود خلل في الجهاز أو في محول الطاقة. هل يتوفر لديك محول طاقة آخر يعمل بشكل سليم؟ إذا كانت الإجابة بنعم، فيرجى تجربته؛ حيث أرغب في معرفة ما إذا كانت المشكلة تتعلق بجهاز التوجيه نفسه أم بمحول الطاقة فقط.
