@Dear Roland,
Our technical support has contacted you via email. Please check.

"Bitte"Hi everyone,
I would like to report significant stability issues with the latest Firmware 2.5.0 for the Cudy M3000 V1. In my current setup, this update made the network almost unusable.
The main problems I encountered were:
Massive Speed Drop: My Wi-Fi performance decreased drastically (from full speed down to ~60 Mbit/s).
Connection Instability: The Mesh system became unreliable with frequent drops.
App Errors: Constantly receiving ‘Unknown Error’ messages when trying to manage the device via the Cudy App.
I had to perform a manual downgrade to Version 2.4.19. Only after rolling back and a factory reset, the system returned to its expected high-speed and stable performance.
I strongly recommend all M3000 V1 users to avoid version 2.5.0 and disable ‘Auto-Update’ for now, until a fixed version (2.5.1 or later) is officially released.
Best regards!""

@Dear Paul,
Sorry for replying so late due to the Chinese Spring Festival!
We have plan to add this feature in the future. Please wait patiently.

“In regards to the M11000 v1.0 – I have a 3 pack – i REALLY miss a feature I had on my ASUS mesh previously – I could “lock” a client to a specific access point – essentially my wifi security cameras – can this also be implemented?”

@Dear Ludovit,
Sorry for replying so late due to the Chinese Spring Festival!
1. For the “notification when a new device connects to the network” function, Yes, we have plan to add it.
2. For the “show offline devices” function in the device list. We have forwarded it to our Product manager for evaluating.

“Dear Cudy support. I am a satisfied owner of M3000 v2.0, I consider the whole system to be great. Nevertheless, I would like to ask if in the future you are planning to add the “notification when a new device connects to the network” function to the firmware and the “show offline devices” function in the device list. For me, these are very useful functions and I would be grateful if you would consider this option. Thank you, best regards, Ludovit”

@Dear ANASTASIOS,
Sorry for replying so late due to the Chinese Spring Festival!
Our technical support has contacted you via email. Please check. Please download the beta firmware and update. Then check again.
In addition, you can try to disable the MLO network. Only use the 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi.

“I have M3000 (3 devices) 6 months.I am happy with your produkts espesialy with the latest firmware 2.5.IT IS SUPER!!!So i decide to buy the WR11000 router and is worst than M3000 in wifi.Slower speeds and lower coverage at 5g.I was buy this because of better CPU,more ram,higher connectivity,more speed…Iam using 2,4 and 5g only as i dont have 6g devices.Every time,after reboot or i change a setting to wifi,5g took over a minute to appear,but 2.4 appear in a second.MLO disconecting all the time.Im on 2.2.25-20251112-095400 firmware.PLEASE send me what ever beta fimware you have because i want this router and im soure it will be better.I just bought it and is so pity to throw it out in the warehouse.Im waiting for your answer.Thanks a lot.”

@Dear Stephen,
Sorry for replying so late due to the Chinese Spring Festival!
No, P5 is still been continued. We will update the firmware for P5 in the future.

“I did not see Cudy P5 in the support list. Has this been discontinued?
No planned CSP 2.5 update for Cudy P5?”
