如果在使用Cudy 4G/5G路由器时，网速明显较慢，并且使用测速APP确认网速确实很慢，请尝试以下方法：
1. 检查一下SIM卡是否因为数据使用量超过套餐限额而被网络服务提供商（ISP）限速？
请将SIM卡插入您的手机或其他移动路由器，并测试网速，以检查SIM卡是否余额不足或超出流量套餐限制。有时，如果SIM卡使用量超出套餐流量，网络服务提供商（ISP）会限制网速。您也可以联系您的网络服务提供商，了解问题原因和解决方案。请确保SIM卡工作正常，然后再在Cudy路由器上测试网速。
如果第一步没有解决您的问题，请尝试以下步骤 2。
2. 调整路由器的摆放位置以获得更好的信号。
请登录路由器的网页管理页面。您可以在“蜂窝网络状态”页面查看信号强度。注意：RSRP 值是一个负数，例如，-50 的信号强度比 -60 的信号强度更好。您可以尝试调整路由器的摆放位置以获得最佳信号强度。然后，检查网速是否有所提升？
尊敬的客户，如果步骤 2 仍然没有效果，请尝试步骤 3 中的方法。
3. 选择最佳工作表带，并通过表带锁定功能将其锁定。
请将SIM卡插入手机。如果您的手机是安卓系统，请在手机上安装名为Cellular-Pro的应用程序。打开该应用程序，并查看如下所示的工作频段。例如，工作频段为B1。
如果您使用的是 iPhone，可以拨打 *3001#12345#* 并点击通话进入现场测试模式——这将提供有关您的 4G/5G 连接的具体信息，如下所示。您可以查看当前使用的频段。
请将SIM卡重新插入路由器，并登录路由器的Web管理页面。进入“常规设置”--“蜂窝网络”--“APN”页面。启用“频段选择”功能，并选择手机使用的频段，例如“B1”。点击“保存并应用”，然后检查网速是否有所提升。

4. 更改路由器的 TTL 值。
请登录路由器的网页管理页面。进入“高级设置”--“网络”--“TTL”页面。将路由器的TTL值设置为65或64，如下图所示。点击“保存并应用”，然后检查网速是否有所提升。
如果以上所有措施均无法解决您的网络速度下降问题，请联系我们的技术支持团队。如果技术支持团队仍无法解决相关问题，您可以行使您的权利，要求Cudy履行其保修义务。希望这些故障排除措施能够奏效。
笔记：
1. 测试速度时，请通过 5GHz WiFi 或网线将手机或电脑连接到路由器。
2. LT400 和 LT500 是 4G CAT4 LTE 路由器，理论下载速率为 150Mbps。实际速率与信号强度和基站配置有关。但大多数手机支持 5G 或更高 CAT 等级，理论速率远高于 LT500。因此，手机的实际速率高于 LT400 和 LT500 是正常的。如果这是您遇到的问题，并且您想要获得更高的速度，我建议您购买更高 CAT 等级的路由器，例如 CAT12 的 LT12 或 CAT18 的 LT18，甚至是 5G 路由器 P5，以获得更高的速度。

I think your router is EU version which doesn’t support B2. Which country are you in? What is the speed when you connect the router via wired cable or 5GHz Wi-Fi?
