After updating my router to firmware version 2.4.21, I am facing problems. When I try to download something, the speed drops suddenly and the connection becomes unstable. Before this update, everything was working fine.

Please check this issue or provide a solution.

I need some more information to fix this issue.
1. What is the model and firmware version of your router? You can check the model and firmware version on the web management page of the router.
2. Can you login to the web page of your router on the same phone?
3. How do you connect your router to the previous device (such as Modem or ONT)? Via WAN or LAN port? If LAN, please change to WAN port and try again

You can reset the router to factory default by long pressing the reset button for about 3 seconds. You can release the reset button when the LED flashes.
