I am writing to you with a question regarding the development policy of your routers. It is puzzling why new versions of devices exclude the possibility of simply installing alternative OpenWRT firmware. In our opinion, the standard software of Cudy routers has limited functionality and does not meet the needs of a significant part of users.

We are convinced that the ability to install OpenWRT firmware on all models of Cudy routers will significantly increase the attractiveness of your product on the market and expand its user base. We ask you to reconsider this decision and take into account the wishes of the community, and stop making new revisions without considering the possibility of OpenWRT support.

No, WR3000 V2.0 is differnet from the V1.0. There is no OpenWrt firmware for WR3000 V2.0 currently.
