Did you unzip the firmware before update?

I have recently purchased the C200P controller, the SN starts with 2531. I would like to use it just as a router with the ability to do Vlans, hence I tried to flash it with OpenWrt. I followed the instructions everywhere with the 2 step (intermediary first then OpenWrt) but the device is not even accepting the intermediary flash that i downloaded and unzipped following the link to the google drive files, instead I get: “File is not compatible with the device model(s).” I have tried with multiple browsers also!
Current firmware on the C200P is 2.4.7 (11-Feb-2026)
Any ideas?

Sorry to tell you that there is no OpenWrt firmware for LT18 currently. The OpenWrt firmware is not developed by Cudy but by the developers. We need the OpenWrt forum official support the router at first, then we can release a middle firmware for you, then you can use and upgrade to the OpenWrt firmware.

AP3000 поддерживает функцию VLAN SSID после обновления до последней версии прошивки. А AP3000D — нет. Кроме того, вы можете обновить прошивку AP3000 до OpenWrt. Существуют промежуточные и стандартные прошивки OpenWrt для AP3000.
