Serial number: TR3000255201239
Current firmware version: 2.4.22-20251113-125907

I believe my router has the new flash chip (F50L1G41LC) that was introduced after November 2025.

Could you please send me the correct intermediate (transitional) firmware that is required to install OpenWrt on this hardware revision?

I have a Cudy WR3000 v1.0 router.

Serial number starts with: 2517
Current stock firmware: 2.4.19-20250828-192837

I downloaded the package:
“WR3000+V1 without recovery TFTP”

However, the package only contains:

- openwrt-mediatek-filogic-cudy_wr3000-v1-sysupgrade.bin

The stock Cudy firmware rejects this file with an error during firmware upgrade.

From the OpenWrt installation instructions, it seems that a signed intermediate firmware or factory image is required before installing OpenWrt.

Could you please provide the correct intermediate firmware for WR3000 v1.0 compatible with the latest stock firmware?

The publicly available intermediate firmware in your Google Drive folder
“WR3000 v1 without recovery TFTP” is incompatible with the new F50L1G41LC
flash chip used in units manufactured from week 43 of 2025 onward.

Could you please email me the updated Cudy-signed intermediate firmware
for the WR3000 v1.0 with the new flash chip?

The intermediate firmware you downloaded is for the model RE1200 Outdoor. Not for the model RE1200. They are different model. For now, there is no OpenWrt firmware for RE1200. So we don’t offer the intermediate firmware for RE1200.
