This is the correct article for recovering the router. You must connect the LAN port of the router to the computer when recovering. If you follow all the steps, but still don’t work. “Модель WR3000E , решил обновить openwrt до последний версии, роутер ушёл в циклическую перезагрузку , мигают все индикаторы. При зажатии reset , загорается следующий за индикатором питания и мигает примерно раз в секунду, по инструкции сделать не получилось.”
