We don’t sell SIM card for the router. You need to apply a SIM card from your local ISP. It is the similar as the SIM card of your phone.

Tested using mobile phone, then when trying to connect a laptop would only connect to non 5g, and then stopped connecting altogether.

Have reset and there is no internet connection, have tried different Sim and still no internet connection.

The router just won’t connect anymore. Any steps I can take or does it need returning?
