Все роутеры Cudy с прошивкой версии 2.X.X и выше поддерживают управление через приложение. Если не удаётся управлять роутером Cudy через приложение, попробуйте обновить прошивку роутера и установить последнюю версию приложения, отсканировав QR-код ниже:

Hello. I have an AX3000 router with cloud management support. Over the past week, I’ve been unable to connect to it through the app. After loading, the app displays an “unknown error.” I’ve tried all possible troubleshooting steps, but nothing has resolved the issue.
Same problem as already mentioned. Android app can not connect via cloud. Error message “unknown error”. Please fix it.
Hello. I have AX3000 that supports cloud. The last week I find that I can’t connect via cloud with the app. It shows ‘unknown error’ after it loads. I do a factory reset and reinstall the app but nothing worked.
