Шаг 1. Введите в адресной строке браузера http://cudy.net или http://192.168.10.1.
Шаг 2. Откроется окно Быстрой настройки. Выберите опцию Усилитель Wi-Fi и нажмите кнопку Далее.
Шаг 3. Выберите часовой пояс.
Шаг 4. Выберите основную сеть, которую надо расширить, и нажмите кнопку Подключиться.
Шаг 5. Введите пароль основной сети.
Шаг 6. Измените имя и пароль сети, чтобы они совпадали с именем и паролем основной сети.
Шаг 7. Нажмите кнопку Сохранить и применить, чтобы завершить настройку.
Шаг 8. Подключите клиентские устройства к новой сети Wi-Fi.
Примечания
1. Если настройка режима «Усилитель Wi-Fi» выполнялась через проводное подключение, то после завершения настройки на устройстве, с которого выполнялась настройка, может не быть подключения к интернету. Чтобы восстановить подключение, переподключите кабель Ethernet или сетевой адаптер.
2. После включения режима «Усилитель Wi-Fi» на роутере Cudy, его IP-адрес будет присвоен вышестоящим роутером, и для входа в веб-интерфейс нельзя будет использовать IP-адрес по умолчанию (192.168.10.1). Чтобы выполнить вход в веб-интерфейс роутера Cudy, когда он выступает в роли усилителя, введите в адресной строке браузера http://cudy.net или найдите IP-адрес роутера Cudy в списке клиентов вышестоящего роутера.

I just got the R700 and I can’t see the Wireless / Wisp tabs under General settings.

Sorry to tell you that the Cudy BE3600 products doesn’t support wireless extender mode or WISP now. We have plan to add these features via firmware update this month, please wait patiently.

Yes, but you need to update the latest firmware 2.3.0 of WR1500 first. Then the router will support the range extender mode and WISP mode to connect the main WiFi.
