Установите последнюю версию прошивки. Если после обновления прошивки проблема осталась, перейдите в раздел Средства диагностики 🡢 Диагностика и нажмите Начать, затем скачайте файл BIN, отправьте его в службу техподдержки на адрес support.ru@cudy.com и ждите ответа.
