@Dear Artur,
Our technical support has sent you the beta firmware for WR3600 via email. Please check. We also have plan to release new firmware for the WR3600 series firmware recently. Please wait patiently. For the technical support, we will check it soon. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you!

“Dear Support Team,
Due to the infrequent product updates and a consistent disregard for user feedback, I feel compelled to stop recommending your products to others.
I would like to highlight the following critical issues regarding the WR/BE3600:
Firmware Mismatch: The device is riddled with errors because the firmware seems to be ported directly from the WR/BE3600H without proper optimization.
Time Sync Bug: There is a persistent time-related error that has remained unaddressed from the very first firmware version to the most recent one.
Wireguard Limitations: There is no option to lock a Wireguard tunnel to a single IP to prevent unauthorized changes to the “Allowed IPs” entries.
Furthermore, my previous emails have often gone unanswered, and the responses I do receive are vague, promising fixes in the indefinite future. I expect a more professional approach to product development and customer technical support.
Regards”

@Dear Artur,
Our technical support has sent you the new beta firmware via email. Please check. But Cudy routers don’t support BSSID Randomization currently. I will forward you feature request to our Product Manager for evaluating.
“Hello Cudy Support Team,
I am a user of the Cudy WR11000 Wi-Fi 7 router. Currently, my device is running firmware version 2.2.25 DE.
I am looking for the BSSID Randomization (Randomized BSSID) feature for privacy reasons, but it seems to be missing in my current firmware version.
I have heard that newer software platforms (CSP 2.3 – 2.5) might support this feature. Could you please provide a link to the latest stable or beta firmware for the WR11000 that includes BSSID Randomization?
Here are my device details:
Model: WR11000
Current Firmware: 2.2.25 DE
Thank you in advance for your help!”

@Dear Artur,
1, For now, we don’t have plan to add this function.
2, Thank you for your kindly advice! We will provide your feedback to the product department for evaluation.

“Good morning,
I am a user of the Cudy WE11000 router and I am very interested in its VPN capabilities.
I would like to ask if there are any plans to implement support for the Amnezia WireGuard protocol in future firmware updates for this model?
Standard WireGuard is already a great feature, but due to increasing network restrictions, the obfuscation provided by Amnezia WireGuard is becoming essential for many users.
Could you please let me know if this feature is currently on your software roadmap for the WE11000?
Best regards”
