Os modelos com "Cudy App" oferecem métodos de gerenciamento local e remoto. Os modelos com "Cudy App Local" suportam o método de gerenciamento local, o que significa que o usuário pode controlar o dispositivo enquanto estiver conectado a ele.

I need some more information to fix this issue.
1. What is the model and firmware version of your router? You can check the model and firmware version on the web management page of the router. The firmware must be 2.X.X to support Cudy APP management. If the firmware is 1.X.X, please update the firmware first.
2. Can you login to the web page of your router on the same phone? You can try to change a phone and try again.
3. How do you connect your router to the previous device (such as Modem or ONT)? Via WAN or LAN port? If LAN, please change to WAN port and try again.
“Can’t connect to my wifi”
Monthly traffic / data statistics do not work on the cudy app even if activated to monitor usage statistics. Traffic just remains on 0B.
Please fix this bug.

যদি পাসওয়ার্ডটি রাউটারের ওয়েব ম্যানেজমেন্ট পেজে লগইন করার জন্য প্রশাসকের পাসওয়ার্ড হয় এবং আপনি তা ভুলে গেছেন, তাহলে প্রায় ৩ সেকেন্ড ধরে রিসেট বোতামটি চেপে ধরে রাউটারটি ফ্যাক্টরি ডিফল্টে রিসেট করার চেষ্টা করতে পারেন। যখন LED ফ্ল্যাশ করবে, তখন রিসেট বোতামটি ছেড়ে দিতে পারেন। রাউটারের ওয়েব পেজে প্রথমবার লগইন করার সময় আপনাকে অবশ্যই একটি নতুন পাসওয়ার্ড তৈরি করতে হবে।
যদি পাসওয়ার্ডটি Cudy APP ক্লাউড ম্যানেজমেন্টে লগইন করার পাসওয়ার্ড হয়, তাহলে আপনি পাসওয়ার্ড রিসেট করতে “পাসওয়ার্ড ভুলে গেছেন” এ ক্লিক করতে পারেন।
“পাসওয়ার্ড মনে নাই এখন কি করব লগইন পাসওয়ার্ড”
