Neseniai gavome nemažai atsiliepimų, kad daugelis mūsų klientų negali prisijungti prie interneto su savo Cudy maršrutizatoriais, nors jų SIM kortelės veikia ir APN nustatymai yra tikslūs.
Toliau pateikiame atrastą metodą, kuris gali padėti išspręsti šią problemą.
1 žingsnis: Atnaujinkite maršrutizatorių iki naujausios programinės įrangos versijos.
Jeigu programinė aparatinė įranga jau yra naujausios versijos. Šį žingsnį galite praleisti. Jei ne, atsisiųskite ir išarchyvuokite oficialią programinę įrangą.
Atverkite žiniatinklio naršyklę ir eikite į http://cudy.net arba http://192.168.10.1, tada prisijunkite. Išsamesnės informacijos rasite Kaip prisijungti prie "Cudy Router" žiniatinklio sąsajos?"
Atnaujinkite programinę įrangą Išplėstiniai nustatymai->Programinė įranga.
Kaip atnaujinti "Cudy Router" programinę įrangą?
Žingsnis 2: Norėdami atsisiųsti ir atnaujinti modulio programinę įrangą, susisiekite su support@cudy.com, kad gautumėte atnaujinimo patvirtinimo programinę įrangą. Tuo pačiu metu atsisiųskite "Diagnosis bin" failą iš Diagnostikos įrankiai->Diagnosis->GO->Download ir nusiųskite failą support.
3 žingsnis: adreso juostoje įveskite toliau nurodytą adresą. Atnaujinkite programinę įrangą, kaip parodyta vaizdo įraše.

4 etapas: baigus atnaujinimą, grįžtama į sistemos būseną. Grįžkite į paslėpti programinės įrangos atnaujinimo puslapį ir patikrinkite, ar pavyko.
Jei problema išlieka, eikite į Diagnostikos įrankiai->Diagnozė->GO->Atsisiųskite ir išsiųskite bin failą adresu support@cudy.com.

My LT400 V2 router has suddenly stopped working without being bumped or turned off. Diagnosis returns me “4G has obtained the IP address but cannot access the Internet” and “DNS is abnormal”. I have tried resetting it, firmware upgrade and contacting you via email but no results. It never gave me any problems before but now it is unusable.

“This router leaves a lot to be desired in terms of initial set up, I have set up many routers , I have to say this one is the worst. All SIMs tested were good, good signal etc. Still a pig to set up and get connected. The mesh function should disable all together, there are no instructions on the external antenna options, and which connector to use etc. The firmware upgrade function can be set to automatic, but if you want to do it manually you have to ask support for it ,, WTF,, I am thinking in returning this unit, no time for this BS, sorry , no mater what I try,, NO FRIGGING CONNECTION ,,,, switching back to TP LINK”
