1. ما هو طراز جهاز التوجيه الخاص بك وإصدار البرنامج الثابت؟ يمكنك التحقق من طراز جهاز التوجيه وإصدار البرنامج الثابت على صفحة إدارة الويب الخاصة بجهاز التوجيه.
2. هل يمكنك تسجيل الدخول إلى صفحة الويب الخاصة بجهاز التوجيه على نفس الهاتف؟
3. كيف تقوم بتوصيل جهاز التوجيه بالجهاز السابق (مثل المودم أو ONT)؟ عبر منفذ WAN أم LAN؟ إذا كان منفذ LAN، فيرجى التغيير إلى منفذ WAN والمحاولة مرة أخرى.

There are two methods you can do.
1. Please block the devices you don’t know on the Cudy APP devices list.
2. Please change the Encryption type of your Wi-Fi network from “WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK” to “WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE”.
3. Please change the Wi-Fi password.
Then check if the problem fixed?
