Hello .. I am an internet distributor in Iraq and I buy cudy routers for my subscribers and I want to control the router remotely via the cudy application and it does not appear in the application .. I want the latest wr1500 router and I cannot update the software is old inside the router WR1500-R76-1.4 If it is possible to solve the problem or send me an update file for the router, noting that I have the latest software update WR1500-R76-2.3.3 and an error appears when I download it

I’m using the Cudy WR1200 router. I can not change my password or manage my router. I’ve upgraded, but it’s slow and loses connection now and again.

I’m using the Cudy WR1200 router. After updating to the firmware version 2.4.21, I noticed that the 5GHz WiFi signal and speed have become much weaker than before. The 2.4GHz network is working fine, but the 5GHz range and performance have dropped significantly.
Please provide me with the previous firmware version 2.3.13 so that I can downgrade and restore the good 5GHz performance.

I need some more information to fix this issue.
1. What is the model and firmware version of your router? You can check them on the web page of the router.
2. How do you connect the router to the previous device? via LAN or WAN port?
3. Can you login the web page on the same phone when can’t use the Cudy APP？
“I can’t find my route name the if I search and if I connect it can’t be added on my candy app”
