What is the model of your router? You can try to update back to the previous firmware version and check again.

I need some more information to fix this issue.
1. What is the model and firmware version of your router? You can check the model and firmware version on the web management page of the router.
2. Can you login to the web page of your router on the same phone?
3. How do you connect your router to the previous device (such as Modem or ONT)? Via WAN or LAN port? If LAN, please change to WAN port and try again
“I can’t access this app. It doesn’t show the details they it’s supposed to show. I can’t see how many people is on my wifi and it doesn’t show any settings.”
