ルーター内蔵の管理ページ（cudy.net）にアクセスできない場合があります。その場合, エラーページが表示されたり, 全く反応がなかったり（画面が真っ白になったり）することがあります。以下の手順に従ってください。
1. ルータの電源がオンになって正常に起動していることを確認します。
パッケージに同梱されている電源アダプターをご使用いただけます。同梱の電源アダプターをご使用にならない場合は, ルーターのラベルに記載されている電圧と同じ電圧の電源アダプターをご使用ください。電流は, ラベルに記載されている定格電流以上である必要があります。
電源投入後, デバイスが起動するまで約1分お待ちください。この間, 携帯電話などの端末を使用して, ルーターのラベルに記載されているSSIDを検索してみてください。
2. 端末がルーターに接続されていることを確認します。
ワイヤレス接続：スマートフォン, タブレット, またはパソコンでルーターのデフォルトのWi-Fi SSID（Cudy-XXXXおよびCudy-XXXX-5G）を検索し, Wi-Fiパスワードを入力して接続してください。SSIDとパスワードはルーターのラベルに記載されています。
ネットワークケーブルの接続：ネットワークケーブルを使用して, コンピューターをルーターのLANポートに接続してください。接続したLANポートにLEDがある場合は点灯します。
注: 携帯電話またはタブレットを使用している場合は, モバイルデータまたは VPN をオフにしてください（該当する場合）。
3. 端末の TCP/IP 設定を確認します。
コンピュータを使用する場合は, ネットワークのTCP/IP設定がIPv4アドレスを自動的に取得するように設定されていることを確認してください。Windowsの例：
PCのワイヤレスネットワークアダプターにカスタムIPアドレスとDNS設定を設定している場合は, 自動取得に戻す必要があります。
- Windows + Rキーを押して「ファイル名を指定して実行」ボックスを開きます。ncpa.cplと入力して「OK」を選択します。
- 有線または Wi-Fi アダプターを右クリックし, [プロパティ] を選択します。
- [ネットワーク] タブで, [インターネット プロトコル バージョン 4 (TCP/IPv4) のプロパティ] をダブルクリックします。
- 「IP アドレスを自動的に取得する」および「DNS サーバー アドレスを自動的に取得する」の横にあるラジオ ボタンを選択します。
4.ルーターの管理アドレスがWebブラウザに正しく入力されていることを確認します。
どちらでも使えますhttp://cudy.net/またはhttp://192.168.10.1CudyルーターのWebインターフェースにログインして初期設定を行います。入力内容をよくご確認ください。
5. アクセス端末またはWebブラウザを変更してみます。
- 携帯電話でルーターのログイン ページを開けない場合は, ラップトップ, タブレットなどの別の端末を試してください。
- 端末で他のウェブブラウザを試すこともできます。ChromeまたはEdgeをお勧めします。
6. Cudy APP を使ってみてください。
CudyルーターのほとんどはCudyアプリで管理できます。Cudyアプリをインストールし, アプリ経由でルーターの設定をお試しください。CudyアプリはGoogle PlayとApple APP Storeからダウンロードできます。アプリの詳細はウェブサイトでご確認ください。

7. 端末のWEBプロキシとVPNを確認し, シャットダウンしてから再度お試しください。
8. ルーターを工場出荷時の状態にリセットするには, リセットボタンを約3秒間長押ししてください。LEDが点滅したらリセットボタンを放してください。ルーターが再起動したら, もう一度お試しください。

You can try to connect a computer to the same line as the WAN port of the Cudy router. Then try to make the computer access the internet without the Cudy router. What do you have to set? PPPoE connection? Or DHCP ?
Then copy the same parameters as you did on the computer to the router.
In addition, you can clone the MAC address of your computer to router and check again.

Do you save all the configurations manually after finishing all the set up? The configurations will be removed if you don’t save them manually.
