The Intermediate firmware of WR3000 is sent you via email. There is a TFTP tool in the file which may be detected by Windows Defender.

For there is no OpenWrt firmware for AP1300 . We need the OpenWRT forum official support the router at first, then we can release a middle firmware for you, then you can use and upgrade to the other OpenWRT firmwares. Thanks!
