I can’t for sure about the time. For now, it is very difficult for developers to develop the OpenWrt firmware for WR6500. The OpenWrt firmware is not developed by Cudy but by the developers. We need the OpenWrt forum official support the router at first, then we can release a middle firmware for you, then you can use and upgrade to the OpenWrt firmware.
