If you want to update the firmware of your Cudy Easy-Managed switch to support Cudy APP cloud management. Please follow the instruction. Take GS1016EPS2 V1.0 as an example.
1. Please check if your switch already supports Cudy Cloud on this page.
2. Please download the firmware on the Cudy official website--Support--Download Center.

Search the model and find the latest firmware for your switch. Then download the firmware.
3. Unzip the firmware on your computer. Take GS1016EPS2 V1.0 as an example.
4. Power on the switch. Connect your computer to the switch. Set the computer's IP address to be 192.168.2.x (x ranges from 2 to 254) and subnet mask be 255.255.255.0.
5. Open a web browser and go to 192.168.2.1 to open the login page of switch.
6. Enter the default username and password admin initially, and then create a new password. Login again with the username admin and your new password.
7. Go to "Tools" -- "Firmware Upgrade" page. Click Select file to choose and upload the new firmware, as shown below. Then Click Apply to update.
Wait about 2 minutes. The firmware update is finished. Then the switch will support Cudy APP Cloud management function.
