Téléchargement du logiciel OpenWrt

Avertissements

@Dear Alex,
Our technical support has contacted you via email. Please check.

“Hello!
Checked and recheched, manual “How to made a brick from Cudy M1800 EU2.0”:
Flash AP with an Openwrt image from page (https://www.cudy.com/en-us/blogs/faq/openwrt-software-download) for example M1800+V2.zip
Update AP with actual Openwrt image (https://firmware-selector.openwrt.org/?version=25.12.6&target=ramips%2Fmt7621&id=cudy_m1800) – sysupgrade
3. All works OK.
Try to recover with official manual (https://www.cudy.com/en-us/blogs/faq/how-to-recovery-the-cudy-router-from-openwrt-firmware-to-cudy-official-firmware) with an image from stage1.
AP reloads with Cudy FW and a error “Invalid board info!”.
Reflash Cudy FW – nothing changed.
Flash openwrt image from stage1 – AP reloaded, but web is not accessible.
Reflash openwrt from stage1 – AP NOT reloaded, led lights slightly, NO UART! GREAT! We got a brick!

Official instruction is bad. Please send me full-flash image to program via flasher or recovery! If it’s needed i can give serials.
Thank you!"

@Dear Deee11,
I suggest you can try to contact the seller to request a replacement. I think it is hardware issue.

“Dear Cudy Support Team,

I need your assistance with installing OpenWrt on my Cudy WR3000H V1.0 router.

Router information:

Model: Cudy WR3000H V1.0 Current stock firmware: 2.5.30-20260825-161645 Current status: Successfully recovered and working on stock firmware Intended firmware: OpenWrt
Description of the problem:

I attempted to install OpenWrt using the intermediate firmware file:

cudy_wr3000h-v1-sysupgrade_20251119.bin

I uploaded this file through the router’s official Cudy web interface. After the installation, the router became unresponsive. The indicator lights remained on, but the Ethernet connection was no longer detected, and I could not access the web administration interface.

I was able to recover the router using TFTP, and it is now working again with the stock firmware version 2.5.30-20260825-161645."

Dear Cudy Support Team,

I was able to recover the router using TFTP, and it is now working again with the stock firmware version 2.5.30-20260825-161645.

I am concerned that the intermediate firmware may be incompatible with my particular hardware revision or with my current stock firmware version. I would like to avoid bricking the router again.

Could you please help me with the following questions?

1. Is cudy_wr3000h-v1-sysupgrade_20251119.bin compatible with my hardware revision and stock firmware version 2.5.30-20260825-161645?
2. Is there a newer or different Cudy-signed intermediate firmware image that I should use to install OpenWrt safely?
3. Are there different hardware revisions of the WR3000H V1.0 with different flash memory chips or WAN PHY chips that require different firmware images?
4. Is there a way to identify my exact hardware configuration without opening the router?
5. Could you please provide the correct recovery firmware and instructions in case the router becomes unresponsive again?

My goal is to install OpenWrt safely while ensuring compatibility with the router’s hardware.

I would appreciate it if you could provide the correct firmware files and step-by-step installation instructions.

Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your reply.

Best regards

Deee11

@Dear Andrey Krumov,
cudy_wr3000h-v1-sysupgrade_20251119.bin is the correct file, but if you have installed Mesh system with the router. You can’t update the firmware. Please power off the other Mesh device. Then reset this router to factory default. You can update this firmware before mesh system installed.

“Dear Cudy Support Team,

I would like to install OpenWrt on my router and need the correct, current Cudy-signed intermediate firmware.

Model: Cudy WR3000H V1.0
Serial number: s0001004261805726
Current stock firmware: 2.5.30-20260825-161645

I tried the intermediate file cudy_wr3000h-v1-sysupgrade_20251119.bin from the Google Drive folder. The stock web UI rejects it with the error “File is not compatible with the device model(s).”

Could you please send me the correct intermediate firmware and recovery firmware for my hardware variant and firmware version? If my unit needs a different image (for example, because of the newer flash chip or WAN PHY variants), please let me know which one.
I prefer communication over email.
Thank you.
