Viimasel ajal oleme saanud palju tagasisidet, et paljud meie kliendid ei saa oma Cudy ruuteriga internetti, kuigi nende SIM-kaart on töökorras ja APN-i seaded on õiged.
Sealt leiame meetodi, mis võib probleemi lahendada.
Samm 1: Uuendage ruuter uusima püsivara versiooniga.
Kui püsivara on juba uusim versioon. Võite selle sammu vahele jätta. Kui mitte, siis laadige alla ja pakendage ametlik püsivara.
Avatage veebilehitseja ja minge aadressile http://cudy.net või http://192.168.10.1, seejärel logige sisse. Üksikasjalikumat teavet leiate Kuidas Cudy Routeri veebiliidesesse sisse logida?
Updateerige püsivara jaotises täiustatud seaded->Firmware.
Kuidas Cudy ruuteri püsivara uuendada?
Samm 2: Mooduli püsivara allalaadimiseks ja uuendamiseks võtke ühendust support@cudy.com, et saada uuendus firmware. Samal ajal laadige alla diagnoosi bin-fail Diagnostic Tools->Diagnoos->GO->Download ja saatke fail tugiteenusele.
Samm 3: Sisestage aadressiribale alltoodud aadress. Uuendage püsivara, nagu video näitab.

Samm 4: Kui uuendamine on lõpetatud, naaseb see süsteemi olekusse. Minge tagasi lehele firmavara uuendamise peitmine ja kontrollige, kas see on õnnestunud.
Kui probleem püsib, minge jaotisele Diagnostic Tools->Diagnosis->GO->Laadige bin-fail alla ja saatke see aadressile support@cudy.com.

My LT400 V2 router has suddenly stopped working without being bumped or turned off. Diagnosis returns me “4G has obtained the IP address but cannot access the Internet” and “DNS is abnormal”. I have tried resetting it, firmware upgrade and contacting you via email but no results. It never gave me any problems before but now it is unusable.

“This router leaves a lot to be desired in terms of initial set up, I have set up many routers , I have to say this one is the worst. All SIMs tested were good, good signal etc. Still a pig to set up and get connected. The mesh function should disable all together, there are no instructions on the external antenna options, and which connector to use etc. The firmware upgrade function can be set to automatic, but if you want to do it manually you have to ask support for it ,, WTF,, I am thinking in returning this unit, no time for this BS, sorry , no mater what I try,, NO FRIGGING CONNECTION ,,,, switching back to TP LINK”
