“I am using a Cudy M3000 as my main router and a Cudy M1200 as a mesh router.
After updating the M3000 to firmware version 2.5.0, I noticed several issues:
1. Devices connected to the mesh router (M1200) do not show upload/download traffic on the main router dashboard.
However, traffic for devices connected directly to the M3000 wireless network shows correctly.
2. If I connect another router in AP mode via the mesh router’s LAN port, the users connected to that AP also do not show any traffic data.
3. When a device goes offline or disconnects, the router still shows it as online for almost 10 minutes.
4. When Ad Block is enabled, YouTube home page thumbnails load very slowly.
If I turn Ad Block off, thumbnails load fast.
5. When Ad Block is ON, Custom DNS cannot be enabled.
When Ad Block is OFF, Custom DNS works fine.
I would like to be able to use Ad Block and Custom DNS at the same time.
6. In some cases, when Ad Block is ON, YouTube thumbnails do not load at all.
I hope these issues can be fixed in a future firmware update. Thank you for your support."

We have fixed this issue yesterday. Please have a check.
“I am a Cudy M1200 user based in Bangladesh.
Since the morning of January 30, 2026, I have not been able to access my router remotely through the cloud.
After checking with other users in Bangladesh, it seems that no Cudy users in this region can access their routers via the cloud.
Please investigate this issue and provide a solution as soon as possible."

I use a Cudy M3000 router and rely on MAC filtering for network security.
Currently, to add a new device, I must be connected locally to the router and use the web interface.
When I am away from home, this becomes very inconvenient because no one can connect a new device unless I return home.
I would really appreciate a cloud-based MAC management feature that allows me to add or remove MAC addresses remotely through the Cudy cloud or app.
Please consider adding this in a future firmware update.
