Both are OK. Some firewall may think the tftpd application to be the virus. So I remove it from the folder.
Don’t worry about it. If you need tftpd application, you can download it from the internet too.

Not having TFTP seems dangerous in the case I accidentally used that wrong file and brick my WR3000. Can you tell me which one I should use for my WR3000 EU1.0? Thank you”

I get errors saying I need kernel 5.15.167-1-144de9e5c1a8813b724b14faa054d9f0 for a bunch of different packages.
My research says you need to do a sysupgrade, but all manual sysupgrades brick the device and attended sysupgrades say no image exists. Do I need to manually build a system image for a more recent kernel? I bought the R700 to do metered wan failover and the stock firmware has no option for metered firmware.
