出于各种原因，我们有时需要将 Cudy Mesh 系统中设备的固件降级到旧版本，但这在“常规设置”--“固件”页面或“高级设置”--“固件”页面中都无法进行。那么我们应该如何处理这个问题呢？以下将以 M3000 为例进行说明。
1. 请进入“系统状态”，点击网状网络卡片上的“更多详情”。如下图所示。
2. 查看 Mesh 设备列表。您可以逐个更新 Mesh 设备的固件。我们建议先更新卫星 Mesh 路由器。点击 Mesh 设备，找到“操作”--“固件”。
3. 上传固件，设备将完成更新。更新成功后，即可更新下一个 Mesh 设备。

Hi,
I’m trying to downgrade my wr3600 1.0 from v.2.3.12 to v.2.2.10 but I get file invalid.I tried your method from the mesh section but it still won’t work.
1. Is there a way to do it for this specific router?
2. Are you planning to roll out a new fw that will fix the current issues of 2.3.16?
I currently experience TEAMS intreruptions during calls and Im getting a bit frustrated with this router

1. Come pensi di collegare tutti i Cudy BE6500? Tramite cavo o in modalità wireless? C’è uno switch tra di loro?
2. Come pensi di collegare il tuo router Cudy al router Wind? Tramite cavo?

May be the firmware is wrong. Please check the current model and firmware version first. Then send me the name of the firmware you want to update. I will check it for you.
