cudy_wr3000h-v1-sysupgrade_20251119.bin is the correct file, but if you have installed Mesh system with the router. You can’t update the firmware. Please power off the other Mesh device. Then reset this router to factory default. You can update this firmware before mesh system installed.

I have the same router model and production batch as Farid, who posted here on October 13, 2026.
My device details:
- Model: Cudy TR3000-256MB
- Hardware revision: EAEU 1.0
- Production week: 2623
- Current stock firmware: 2.5.27 RU
- Flash memory: 256 MB
I would like to install official OpenWrt on my router.
I downloaded the publicly available intermediate firmware (cudy_tr3000-256mb-v1-sysupgrade.bin), but it appears to be an older May 2025 build. I have NOT flashed it, as I understand that newer production batches may use the F50L1G41LC NAND flash chip.
Since Farid received an updated intermediate firmware from your technical support on October 14, could you please provide the same compatible firmware for my device?
I would also appreciate:
1. The latest Cudy-signed OpenWrt intermediate firmware compatible with production batch 2623 and stock firmware 2.5.27 RU.
2. The correct TFTP recovery firmware (recovery.bin) for my hardware revision.
3. Confirmation that the official OpenWrt 25.12.x sysupgrade image for TR3000-256MB V1 can be installed afterward.
I would prefer to confirm compatibility before flashing to avoid bricking my router.
