After clicking into the model list, you may filter the variants of "Cudy App" and "Cudy App Local" in the filter option "Advanced". Models with "Cudy App" offer both local and remote management methods. Models with "Cudy App Local" support local management method, which mean user can control the device while connected to it.

١. ما هو طراز جهاز التوجيه (الراوتر) وإصدار برنامج التشغيل الخاص به؟ يمكنك التحقق من الطراز وإصدار برنامج التشغيل على صفحة إدارة جهاز التوجيه عبر الويب. يجب أن يكون إصدار برنامج التشغيل ٢.X.X لدعم إدارة تطبيق Cudy. إذا كان إصدار برنامج التشغيل ١.X.X، فيُرجى تحديثه أولاً.
٢. هل يمكنك تسجيل الدخول إلى صفحة الويب الخاصة بجهاز التوجيه من نفس الهاتف؟ يمكنك تجربة هاتف آخر والمحاولة مرة أخرى.
٣. كيف قمت بتوصيل جهاز التوجيه بالجهاز السابق (مثل المودم أو جهاز ONT)؟ عبر منفذ WAN أم LAN؟ إذا كان عبر منفذ LAN، فيُرجى التبديل إلى منفذ WAN والمحاولة مرة أخرى.
٤. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يمكنك تجربة هاتف آخر والمحاولة مرة أخرى.
