Hazırlık:

Adım 1:Bir web tarayıcısı açın ve şu adrese gidin:http://cudy.netveyahttp://192.168.10.1Oturum açmak için yönetici şifresini girin.
Not:Varsayılan yönetici parolası "yönetici"Eğer aygıt yazılımı sürümü 1.X.X ise."2.X.X ürün yazılımı sürümünden itibaren varsayılan yönetici parolasını kaldırdık. İlk giriş yaptığınızda yönetici parolasını oluşturmanız gerekmektedir.

Adım 2:Hızlı Kurulum penceresi açılacak, ' seçeneğini belirleyin.Saat Dilimi.
3. Adım:APN parametrelerini yapılandırın. Çoğu zaman APN Profilini "Otomatik" olarak bırakmanız yeterlidir. Ardından "İleri"ye tıklayın. Yönlendirici APN parametrelerini otomatik olarak seçecektir. (Önerilir)

Adım 4:Kablosuz ağın adını ve şifresini belirleyin veya varsayılan değerlerle bırakın.
Adım 5:Tıklamak "Kaydet ve UygulaYapılandırmayı tamamlamak için.
Adım 6:Bağlantı durumu aktif olduğunda internetin keyfini çıkarabilirsiniz.

1. Aktualisieren Sie bitte zuerst die Firmware Ihres P4 auf Version 2.4.20.

2. Setzen Sie den Router bitte auf die Werkseinstellungen zurück.
3. Ist Ihre SIM-Karte mit einer PIN geschützt? Falls ja, können Sie sich auf der Webseite Ihres Routers P4 anmelden und die PIN erneut eingeben.
4. Sollte das Problem weiterhin bestehen, laden Sie bitte die Diagnosedatei (BIN-Datei) unter „Diagnosetools“ → „Diagnose“ → „Los“ → „Download“ herunter und senden Sie mir die Datei.

Hallo und guten Tag, es ist mir leider nicht möglich mit meinem Cudy P4 eine Internetverbindung herzustellen. Sim- Status wechselt zwischen Sim bereit und Initialisieren. You can set the metric of the WAN connection. The small the metric, the higher priority the WAN connection.
For the new firmware, it is under development currently. We will release a new firmware in the near future.

Also, the rule is not applying properly sometimes. In the policy tab, you can not give priority to a specific WAN. Please fix these."

Generally, there is no need to set the router. Just connect the devices to the LAN ports of the router. Then it will work. You can try to reset the router to factory default by long pressing the reset button for about 3 seconds. You can release the reset button when the LED flashes. Then connect all the devices and check if the problem avoided?
In addition, please check if the CCTV camera is set to get the IP address via DHCP when connect to the router via wired cable? If not, please set it.
