Çeşitli nedenlerden dolayı, Cudy Mesh sistemimizdeki cihazların yazılımını bazen daha eski bir sürüme düşürmemiz gerekebilir, ancak bu işlem "Genel Ayarlar" -- "Yazılım" sayfasında veya "Gelişmiş Ayarlar" -- "Yazılım" sayfasında yapılamıyor. 1. Lütfen "Sistem Durumu"na gidin ve Mesh kartında "Daha Fazla Ayrıntı"ya tıklayın. Aşağıda gösterildiği gibi.
2. Mesh listesini kontrol edin. Mesh cihazlarının yazılımını tek tek güncelleyebilirsiniz. Öncelikle uydu mesh yönlendiricilerini güncellemenizi öneririz. Mesh cihazına tıklayın, "İşlem" -- "Yazılım" seçeneğini bulun.
3. Firmware dosyasını yükleyin, ardından cihaz güncellenecektir. Güncelleme başarıyla tamamlandıktan sonra bir sonraki Mesh cihazını güncelleyebilirsiniz.

May be the firmware is wrong. Please check the current model and firmware version first. Then send me the name of the firmware you want to update. I will check it for you.
