Son zamanlarda, birçok müşterimizin SIM kartları çalışır durumda ve APN ayarları doğru olmasına rağmen Cudy yönlendiricileriyle internete erişemediğine dair çok sayıda geri bildirim aldık.
Bu sorunu çözmeye yardımcı olabilecek bir yöntem keşfettik.
Adım 1: Yönlendiriciyi en son yazılım sürümüne güncelleyin.
Eğer aygıt yazılımı zaten en son sürüm ise, bu adımı atlayabilirsiniz. Değilse, lütfen resmi aygıt yazılımını indirin ve sıkıştırılmış dosyayı açın.
Bir web tarayıcısı açın ve şu adrese gidin:http://cudy.netveyahttp://192.168.10.1Ardından giriş yapın. Ayrıntılar için lütfen bakınız.Cudy yönlendiricisinin web arayüzüne nasıl giriş yapılır?
Ürün yazılımını güncelleyin.Gelişmiş Ayarlar>Ürün yazılımı.

Adım 2: Modül yazılımını indirmek ve güncellemek için lütfen iletişime geçin.destek@cudy.comyükseltmeyi almak içinfirmaAynı zamanda, Diagnosis bin dosyasını indirin.Teşhis Araçları>Teşhis>GİTMEK>İndirmekve dosyayı şuraya gönderDestek.
3. Adım: Aşağıdaki adresi adres çubuğuna girin. Videoda gösterildiği gibi aygıt yazılımını güncelleyin.

4. Adım: Güncelleme tamamlandığında, Sistem Durumu'na geri dönecektir. Firmware Yükseltmesini Gizle sayfasına geri dönün ve başarılı olup olmadığını kontrol edin.
Sorun devam ederse, Tanılama Araçları > Tanılama > Git > İndir yolunu izleyin ve bin dosyasını support@cudy.com adresine gönderin.

“This router leaves a lot to be desired in terms of initial set up, I have set up many routers , I have to say this one is the worst. All SIMs tested were good, good signal etc. Still a pig to set up and get connected. The mesh function should disable all together, there are no instructions on the external antenna options, and which connector to use etc. The firmware upgrade function can be set to automatic, but if you want to do it manually you have to ask support for it ,, WTF,, I am thinking in returning this unit, no time for this BS, sorry , no mater what I try,, NO FRIGGING CONNECTION ,,,, switching back to TP LINK”
