Pēdējā laikā esam saņēmuši daudz atsauksmju par to, ka daudzi mūsu klienti nevar piekļūt internetam ar saviem Cudy maršrutētājiem, lai gan viņu SIM kartes darbojas un APN iestatījumi ir precīzi.
Šī ir metode, ko esam atklājuši un kas varētu palīdzēt atrisināt šo problēmu.
1. solis: atjauniniet maršrutētāju līdz jaunākajai programmaparatūras versijai.
Ja programmaparatūra jau ir jaunākā versija. Šo soli varat izlaist. Ja nē, lejupielādējiet un atinstalējiet oficiālo programmaparatūru.
Ja tā nav, lejupielādējiet un atinstalējiet oficiālo programmaparatūru.
Atveriet tīmekļa pārlūkprogrammu un dodieties uz http://cudy.net vai http://192.168.10.1, pēc tam piesakieties. Sīkāku informāciju skatīt Kā pieteikties Cudy Router tīmekļa saskarnē?"
Atjauniniet programmaparatūru sadaļā Paplašinātie iestatījumi->Programmatūra.
Kā atjaunināt Cudy maršrutētāja programmaparatūru?
2. solis: Lai lejupielādētu un atjauninātu moduļa programmaparatūru, sazinieties ar support@cudy.com, lai iegūtu atjaunināšanas papildprogrammatūru. Vienlaikus lejupielādējiet Diagnosis bin failu no Diagnostikas rīki->Diagnostika->GO->Izņemt->Saņemt un nosūtiet failu atbalsta dienestam.
3. solis: ievadiet tālāk norādīto adresi adreses joslā. Atjauniniet programmaparatūru, kā parādīts videoklipā.

4. posms: Kad atjaunināšana ir pabeigta, tiek atgriezts sistēmas statuss. Atgriezieties uz paslēpt programmaparatūras atjaunināšanas lapu un pārbaudiet, vai atjaunināšana ir veiksmīga.

All SIMs tested were good, good signal etc. Still a pig to set up and get connected. The mesh function should disable all together, there are no instructions on the external antenna options, and which connector to use etc. The firmware upgrade function can be set to automatic, but if you want to do it manually you have to ask support for it ,, WTF,, I am thinking in returning this unit, no time for this BS, sorry , no mater what I try,, NO FRIGGING CONNECTION ,,,, switching back to TP LINK”
